Position Summary

The Store Associate plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role involves opening and closing the store, preparing food and beverages, assisting customers with product selection, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in wellness, and thrives in a quick-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Assist customers with product questions and recommendations
- Promote wellness products, smoothies, soups, and food items

Store Operations

- Open and close the store following company procedures
- Handle cash, credit, and POS transactions accurately
- Restock shelves and maintain organized product displays
- Receive and put away inventory

Food & Beverage





- Prepare smoothies, soups, sandwiches, and other menu items
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Keep prep areas clean and stocked

General Duties

- Maintain cleanliness of the store, restaurant, and work areas
- Support promotions, merchandising, and seasonal displays
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in health, wellness, and nutrition is an asset
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for long periods and light lifting
