Overview

Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to company standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing transactions and handling cash and card payments
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including food preparation stations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff
- Handle food items responsibly, ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods

Requirements :

- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous




- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving or food preparation is a plus
