Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs in a professional manner
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and credit transactions
- Process sales efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Upsell products and provide product demos to enhance customer engagement
- Manage merchandising displays and ensure the store remains organized and inviting
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with effective communication skills
- Maintain knowledge of store products, promotions, and sales techniques
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized checkout area and sales floor

Skills

- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening




- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Experience with POS systems and retail sales operations
- Ability to perform product demos and engage customers through technical sales or merchandising techniques
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to upsell products tactfully to meet sales goals
- Bilingual proficiency (English required; additional languages are a plus)
