Overview

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and efficiently process orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately while maintaining balanced cash drawers
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cashier station and dining area
- Support food service staff with basic kitchen tasks when needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
- Manage wait times effectively through excellent time management skills
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Experience

- Prior experience in food service, cashiering, or restaurant environments preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
- Knowledge of food preparation,



handling, and safety standards in the food industry is desirable
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and basic calculations
- Experience with upselling techniques to promote menu items effectively
- Excellent communication skills coupled with good time management abilities
- Previous roles involving serving or food industry work will be considered a plus

Pay: $31.20-$36.72 per hour
