Prestige Laser & Skin Clinic is growing and we are seeking a Medical Esthetic Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years experience in a medical or medical aesthetics setting.

This is not a typical front desk role. We are looking for someone professional, organized, and confident — with strong clinical awareness and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment with precision.

Role Overview

As the first point of contact, you will support physicians and medical estheticians while ensuring smooth daily operations and an elevated patient experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Patient greeting, scheduling, and intake
- Managing EMR documentation and consent forms
- Processing payments, packages, and treatment plans
- Coordinating patient flow and preparing treatment rooms
- Post-treatment follow-ups and patient communication
- Retail product sales (commission-based)
- Washing, folding, and managing clinic laundry

Qualifications





- Minimum 2 years medical clinic experience
- Robust understanding of medical terminology and confidentiality
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
- Comfortable multitasking in a structured, high-standard environment
