Westminster Toyota is looking for a Part Time Receptionist to answer the phone and greet customers.

Duties for this role include:

- Answering phones on the switchboard and directing calls
- Greeting customers in person and checking them in for their appointment
- Taking and delivering messages to the right person
- Making appointment reminder calls
- Stocking Inventory into computer
- Safely storing keys and inventory documentation
- Filing

Qualifications Applicants must be prompt, reliable, self-motivated and have a friendly phone manner. Customer service is very important. Additional Information Shifts for this job are on:

- Saturday from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm and on Sunday from 11:00 am to 05:00 pm
