We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our Abbotsford, BC Dealership . This is a Part time, Regular position working on Saturdays 8 hours a week.

The Receptionist is primarily responsible for assisting and serving customers as they come into the dealership, directly reporting to the sales department.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

- Greeting customers




- Answering phones
- Daily administrative tasks, distributing messages and mail, managing dealer plates and office equipment
- Data entry
- Updating info on our website
- Managing Craigslist, Kijiji, and Auto Trader ads

Qualifications required for the Job are :

- Experience with computers and Microsoft Office is a must
