Junction Pet Clinic is a veterinary hospital in the Junction neighbourhood of Toronto! We are looking for a part-time veterinary receptionist to join our team of dedicated professionals. We are a small, growing clinic with two veterinarians, and are looking for someone to join our team of passionate, dedicated animal lovers.

The primary role of receptionist will be to interact with clients/patients with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

We are open Monday to Friday - no weekends!

Duties may include: Scheduling appointments in a way that helps to best manage the veterinarian and technician's time

Managing payments and end of day reports

Keeping the front office area and exam rooms clean and stocked





Discussing products and services with clients and keeping up to date on the knowledge of these products/services to best educate the client

Qualifications: Reception or veterinary assistant experience is preferred.

A friendly, upbeat attitude, a love and respect for animals, and ability to work as a team

Experience in fear free techniques and EzyVet software is an asset but not required

A willingness to learn and enjoy your work is the main goal!

Job Type : Part time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Education :

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience :

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
