We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team in a part-time to full-time role. This position plays a critical role in supporting both the clinical and administrative sides of the practice by guiding patients through their treatment plans and ensuring a clear understanding of their oral health needs.

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for presenting and explaining diagnosed treatment, discussing sequencing and timelines, reviewing financial arrangements, and helping patients move forward with confidence in their care. You will act as the key liaison between the dentist, hygiene team, and patients to ensure continuity and clarity throughout the treatment process.

A minimum of 2 years of dental experience is required.



Previous experience in treatment coordination or dental hygiene is a strong asset.
