A busy Foot Clinic in Bolton is looking for a team player who is friendly, self motivated, organized & carries customer service skills, for a part time Medical Receptionist position to join our team.

The position will be part time, hours will vary depending on many factors, this can be discussed during interview. Full training provided.

- The Receptionist will keep a skilled and welcoming attitude towards the patients and staff
- Scheduling appointments
- Handling payments, producing invoices & balancing end of day transactions
- Scanning & uploading documents to patient's profile
- Maintain general cleaning of the clinic

Skills & Abilities

- Working Independently and with a team
- Detail Oriented
- Computer use (Microsoft Office, Google, Excel)
- Perform general clerical duties
- Clinic software knowledge an asset (EMR/Competitive Edge/Jane)

Job Type : Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
