Enamelle Dental is a new, independently owned dental practice opening in September 2026 at the corner of Dupont and Ossington in Toronto.
We're looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. If you're organized, friendly, and enjoy creating a great experience for patients, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and create a warm, skilled first impression
- Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
- Confirm appointments and manage recalls
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Prepare treatment estimates and discuss financial arrangements with patients
- Collect and process patient payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and digital charting
- Coordinate referrals and specialist communication
- Manage the daily schedule to help ensure an efficient flow of patients
- Support the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Help maintain a positive and organized front office
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a dental receptionist in Canada
- Experience using Tracker practice management software is strongly preferred
- Experience with CDAnet and dental insurance claims
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled, reliable, and detail oriented
- Experience with treatment planning and financial arrangements is an asset
- Experience with digital dentistry workflows is an asset
