We are seeking a Senior IT Consultant to manage and secure critical IT infrastructure across a multi-site environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional with strong experience in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, virtualization, backups, and Microsoft environments.

Pay: $90,000 - $105,000 per year
Location: Surrey, BC
Work Arrangement: Multi-site / After-hours support required

What You’ll Do

- Manage Fortinet firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, and network infrastructure
- Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and hybrid environments
- Manage VMware, Veeam, NAS, and backup systems
- Lead cybersecurity, incident response, disaster recovery, and Zero Trust initiatives
- Monitor systems using RMM and ticketing platforms
- Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to improve IT operations
- Support remote branches, end users, and junior IT staff
- Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology projects
- Troubleshoot critical issues and maintain system security, reliability,



and documentation

What You Bring

- 5+ years of IT administration experience, ideally in a multi-site setting
- Extensive hands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls, switches, and VPNs — mandatory
- Strong knowledge of VMware, Veeam, Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise networks
- Understanding of cybersecurity, incident response, and disaster recovery
- Experience with RMM tools, ticketing systems, and PowerShell
- Strong independent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Willingness to provide after-hours support for critical incidents and emergencies
- Ability to travel periodically to branches across Western Canada
