This opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience in the electrical industry who enjoys building relationships, providing product solutions, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail and distribution environment.

Location: Scarborough, ON
Shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Job type: Temporary to permanent | Full-time | 6-month contract

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and email customers
Process sales orders, inquiries, and quotations accurately and efficiently
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing product recommendations
Confirm product availability and suggest alternative solutions when required
Follow up on quotations to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction
Assist customers with e-commerce inquiries and online ordering support
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and inventory availability
Support Branch operations and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 2 years of counter sales experience within the electrical industry
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Computer proficiency and experience working with business systems
Experience with AS400 is considered an asset
Electrical apprenticeship experience is considered an advantage
Product knowledge of electrical supplies and components is highly desirable
Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude
Customer-focused and solution-driven approach
Robust organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Passion for sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
