Lead enterprise planning and financial decision support as Director, Corporate FP&A;, based in the Greater Toronto Area with Vaco/Highspring’s client.

This leadership role oversees Corporate FP&A; and supports Finance Business Partnering teams. You will guide forecasting, annual planning, strategic modelling, performance reporting, and investment allocation. The position requires 10-15+ years of progressive finance experience and strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own forecasting and annual business planning across the group
- Lead corporate target-setting and investment allocation processes
- Present forward-looking performance insights to senior management and the Board
- Oversee Adaptive Planning and long-term strategic forecast models
- Partner with Investor Relations on earnings and analyst materials

Requirements:

- 10-15+ years of progressive finance experience
- Robust organizational, analytical, and conceptual skills
- Ability to operate strategically and in detailed work
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries effectively
- Ability to foster collaborative, team-based environments
