Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President Retail Sales develops and executes sales and business development strategies. The role works with senior leaders and sales teams across the organization to strengthen market opportunities and business performance. Hospitality sales leadership, negotiations, forecasting, and financial knowledge are central.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage B2B distribution channels
- Maintain and grow trade relationships
- Develop new markets and niches
- Monitor revenue, occupancy, budgets, and sales targets
- Develop and implement the global sales plan

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
- Eight years of progressive hospitality sales leadership experience
- Proven successful commercial negotiation record
- Robust project management, writing, and reporting skills
- Ability to travel and work under pressure
