Are you an operations rockstar who excels in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations? Are you a gym enthusiast who wants to combine your love of all things fitness with your drive to improve SOPs, measure KPIs, cut waste, and keep all of the organizational plates spinning?

We’re a small company growing fast, with 10 Anytime Fitness clubs in Manitoba and Alberta and more on the way. We need an operations manager who’s chasing operational excellence and wants to build the systems that let us grow.

What you’ll own:

- Systems: write and improve the SOPs that make every club run the same way, and track the KPIs that show what’s working
- Facilities: keep every club’s equipment and building in top shape, on schedule and on budget
- People: help hire for our clubs, make sure new staff are onboarded well, and keep our team culture strong
- Labour: work with leaders to ensure schedules & timesheets are accurate and timely, balancing excellence and efficiency
- Supplies, logistics and purchasing: make sure every club has what it needs, from cleaning supplies to equipment and event setups
- Vendors: review our contracts, from telecom to utilities, and make sure we’re getting the best value

What we’re looking for:

- A degree or diploma in business, operations or a related field. Operations experience is a strong plus.
