Qualifications & Training
• Basic safety training (BST) completed prior to employment.
• Prior experience in incinerator operation, waste management, or a related maintenance role.
• Ability to read and interpret written procedures; basic mathematical and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
• Willingness to work in a hot, noisy, and sometimes strenuous workplace; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
