Part-Time Household Helper
- Lindenlea, Ottawa (10 hrs/week) We're a busy family in Lindenlea looking for a reliable household helper a couple of days a week to keep our home running smoothly. This is a housekeeping and home-support role, not childcare. Hours: 10 hours per week, spread over 2 days (around 5 hours per day). Days and start times are flexible
- ideally two weekday mornings. What you'd be doing:
- Resetting the home: tidying, putting things away, keeping shared spaces in order
- Light cleaning: kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, wiping surfaces
- Laundry: washing, folding, and putting away
- Groceries: shopping from a list, unpacking and putting away
- Meal prep: straightforward, family-friendly prep for the week ahead
- Occasional errands and odd jobs as they come up What we're looking for:
- Experience with housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep
- Organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently in a family home
- Good communication
- happy to check in on priorities for the week
- References from previous household or cleaning roles
- Car / ability to run grocery errands, if needed Details:
