We're a busy professional family in Rockliffe Park looking for a warm, energetic and reliable nanny or mother's helper. You'd care for our 2.5-year-old daughter on weekday afternoons while we finish our workdays at home.

About the role
Monday to Thursday, 4:00-6:00 pm (8 hours per week), Ongoing position, $25/hour

What you'll do
-Care for and engage an active, curious toddler with play, outdoor time, books and age-appropriate activities -Help with light household tasks: laundry, tidying common areas, odd dishes, and vacuuming the play area -Over time, possibly pick her up from school once she's comfortable with you What we're looking for: -Previous experience in childcare, nannying and/or household management -A patient, playful and dependable approach with young children -Fluent English (French is a bonus, since our daughter attends a French school, but it isn't required) -References available on request -A valid driver's licence is an asset About our home: We have no pets, and our home is a welcoming, family-friendly space.
