This Preconstruction Specialist supports pursuits from go or no-go reviews through project award and handover. Coordinate with Engineering, Estimating, Scheduling, Procurement, and Business Development personnel. Help create executable submissions by examining design requirements, construction methodology, project risks, and procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in bid planning and pursuit strategy development
- Prepare technical proposal content and execution methodologies
- Coordinate engineering deliverables, designs, layouts, and schedules
- Develop RFQ packages and evaluate supplier quotations
- Support client clarifications, presentations, and technical discussions

Requirements:

- Degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent technical discipline
- Relevant experience in engineering, estimating, or project controls
- Knowledge of utility, renewable energy, or industrial projects
- Understanding of construction methodologies and procurement processes
- Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and details
