Shape Indigenous partnerships for Enbridge across southern Ontario, using cultural awareness, stakeholder engagement, and clear communication with communities.

As a Senior Advisor, Community and Indigenous Engagement, you will support long-term relationships primarily between Toronto and London. You will engage on projects, operations, regulatory processes, community investment, business opportunities, and emerging priorities. The role requires frequent travel to Indigenous communities and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain trust-based relationships with Indigenous Nations and communities
- Bring internal teams together to address concerns and commitments
- Provide cultural protocol awareness and mentorship across Enbridge
- Support project and Regional Engagement Plan implementation
- Maintain organized relationship management records and contact history

Requirements:

- Six or more years’ directly related engagement experience
- Related university degree or equivalent education and experience
- Direct knowledge of Indigenous communities, rights, and history
- Solid presentation, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage confidential, competing priorities with discretion
