As an Operations Advisor Management Specialist or Analyst, you will support assigned insurance firms and financial professionals. Your work combines research, analysis, communication, and service support for complex Life business inquiries. The position may be filled at either level based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence for assigned firms
- Diagnose customer issues and anticipate underlying needs
- Analyze escalated case submissions using available resources




- Monitor issue resolution and communicate outcomes effectively
- Consult on complex business and post-issue NIGO resolution

Requirements:

- FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 registrations
- Two or more years of CMD Operations experience
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced understanding of CMD annuity or Life products
- Solid research, analysis, and relationship management skills
