Lead FurtherAI’s social media and content in San Francisco, using storytelling and video editing to grow channels in person. Own daily publishing across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

As Social Media & Content Lead, you will drive FurtherAI’s brand growth across key platforms. Partner with the Marketing Lead and founders on campaigns, product updates, events, and thought leadership. Translate complex AI and insurance topics into transparent, compelling content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Plan, draft, schedule, and publish branded content
- Edit and publish YouTube Shorts and other short-form video
- Engage communities, monitor messages, and track growth
- Analyze metrics and improve reach and impact

Requirements:

- Three to seven-plus years of relevant full-time experience
- Previous startup experience, ideally in an early-stage company
- Strong storytelling, writing, design, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with video editing required; Adobe, Canva, or Figma preferred
- Based in San Francisco and available for in-person work
