Machina Labs seeks a Senior Accountant to manage accounts payable and support broader accounting operations in a multi-entity NetSuite setting. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will contribute to procurement, AP, month-end close, and scalable process development. The work includes vendor management, general ledger analysis, and audit preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process vendor bills and invoices in NetSuite and Bill.com
- Perform three-way matching before approving payments
- Manage vendor onboarding, banking setup, and records
- Post accrual, prepaid, reclassification, and correction entries
- Reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts

Requirements:

- Four or more years of progressive accounting experience
- Significant accounts payable experience
- Hands-on NetSuite experience
- Three-way matching experience in procure-to-pay environments
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
