The Monitoring Center Subject Matter Expert supports the Territory Technical Support team. This specialist monitors connected systems, investigates root causes, and develops timely solutions with customers and service teams. The work involves Husky injection molding systems, data interpretation, and cross-functional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance, weight, quality, and energy availability KPIs
- Identify cycle interruptions, frequent alarms, and concerning trends
- Compare data against limits and rank issues or concerns
- Document issues in the BaanLN Call VA# system
- Troubleshoot detected issues and escalate findings when necessary
Requirements:
- Five to ten years’ injection molding industry experience
- Advanced knowledge of Husky PET machines and molds
- Knowledge of auxiliary equipment and injection molding processes
- Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
