In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

- Supervise and mentor the process team, ensuring the coordination of work, the tracking of priorities, and the professional development of team members
- Determine the process parameters required to bring products developed in the laboratory into production
- Scale up products to industrial production,



particularly using calendering and processing equipment; conduct production trials, analyze results, and adjust parameters as needed
- Define and document standard operating procedures to ensure reliable and reproducible production, thereby maintaining product quality and performance
- Ensure the sustainability of process parameters and their long-term maintenance
- Collaborate with R&D;, production, and quality teams during the transfer of products to production
- Analyze issues related to processing methods and identify necessary adjustments
- Automate the security of critical machine and process parameters and ensure their monitoring and optimization
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
- Support production in health and safety matters
