ensures optimum management of the workshop and staff, while coordinating departmental activities and working closely with the parts and sales departments to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Manage and plan workloads, open and close purchase orders;
- Manage workshop technicians: schedules, health and safety compliance, development and training;
- Coordinate the section's administration: invoicing, payments, deliveries;
- Work closely with the parts and sales departments;
- Respond to and service customers.
