As an Optical Systems Product Line Management leader, you will own strategy and commercialization across DCI, metro, and long-haul domains. You will engage North American Communications Service Providers on AI training and inference traffic. The work combines network architecture, business cases, and product roadmap translation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own optical networking strategy and commercialization for AI connectivity
- Lead CSP engagements on engineering and monetizing AI networks
- Build account-specific solution plans supporting AI connectivity business cases
- Translate customer insights into product roadmaps and solution portfolios
- Prioritize roadmap features with engineering, R&D;, and PLM teams

Requirements:

- 10+ years in telecommunications or data communications
- Deep optical and IP networking knowledge across DCI, metro, and long-haul
- Working knowledge of AI cluster networking and traffic patterns
- Ability to defend monetization, TCO, capex, and opex business cases
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience required
