As a licensed consultant, you will support Group Retirement Savings plan members through inbound and outbound phone conversations. You will uncover goals, recommend retirement and wealth solutions, and help clients act on investment recommendations. This role serves existing clients without cold calling or prospecting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with Group Retirement Savings plan members
- Identify opportunities and recommend tailored retirement solutions
- Support retirement planning and investment recommendation discussions
- Educate clients on retirement and investment concepts
- Meet individual sales and client experience objectives

Requirements:

- Valid Quebec Life Insurance or Insurance of Persons license
- French and English fluency, oral and written
- One to three years of financial services sales experience
- Robust communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
- Time management, organization, and continuous learning mindset
