This specialist supports successful implementation and adoption of digital health and AI solutions. The work integrates change management activities across Amplify Care programs while supporting clinicians, health service practitioners, and organizations. You will apply technical skills, improve workflows, and help embed tools into clinical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply structured change management methodology to implementation efforts
- Support clinicians and organizations using electronic medical records
- Conduct implementation activities and document lessons learned
- Track adoption, utilization, and proficiency through measurement systems
- Identify resistance and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

- Bilingual fluency in English and French
- At least three years of digital health or healthcare experience
- Post-secondary education in healthcare, information technology, or related fields
