As Marketing Engineer and Director of AEO, you will own how Notified appears across Google, Bing, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. You will guide technical visibility programs spanning structured content, entity maps, agents, and website infrastructure. The position manages web managers and developers while partnering with Engineering, Product, Content, Brand, Analytics, and Revenue teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own technical AEO, SEO, and AI search visibility roadmaps
- Build workflows monitoring citations, crawl issues, and competitive movement
- Manage production agents for QA, analysis, and opportunity discovery
- Partner with Engineering on structured data and performance improvements
- Lead, coach, and manage web managers and developers

Requirements:

- Proven technical SEO, AEO, or organic growth leadership experience
- Robust crawlability, rendering, schema, and site architecture knowledge
- Ability to code, script, and build production workflows
- Experience managing agents, automations, APIs, and LLM tooling
- Experience managing technical or web teams
