Deliver bilingual automotive software training with PBS, using French, English, and dealership sales experience while traveling across North America.

As a DTO Bilingual Trainer – Sales, you will train current and existing customers on PBS Dealer Management Software. You will guide implementations through virtual sessions in French and English, then provide onsite training for installations. The work centers on customer service, process improvement, and customer success. PBS teaches the software while you bring automotive sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop thorough knowledge of PBS software and training processes
- Deliver assigned Sales module training sessions independently
- Provide virtual and onsite implementation training




- Navigate and demonstrate the PBS DMS system
- Handle tickets, requests, and escalated software issues

Requirements:

- Fluent French and English speaking, reading, and writing
- One to two years in dealership Sales
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn and adapt to software tools
- Travel availability, passport, visa if applicable, and full license
