As a Solutions Consultant, you will guide accounting firms and organizations through Caseware software evaluations and implementations. You will explain how AI and automation can improve accounting, audit, and advisory workflows. Collaboration spans account management, training, qualified services, support, and product teams across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead customer presentations, trials, pilots, and software evaluations
- Guide migration and implementation planning with customers
- Create value-driven demonstrations, use cases, and related assets
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights
- Design scalable processes supporting consistent service delivery

Requirements:

- Three years in financial statements, audit, assurance, or customer-facing SaaS work
- Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
- Understanding or strong interest in AI-powered accounting solutions
- Strong organization managing multiple deliverables and tasks
- Technology understanding within audit and accountancy, or enthusiasm to learn
