Job Description
Senior BIM Modeler – Civil 3D (Utilities, Roads & Surfaces) is a senior-level civil infrastructure modeling position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The role is responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating complex 2D and 3D BIM models supporting utility, drainage, roadway, grading, and surface infrastructure projects within multidisciplinary engineering environments.
The position supports the delivery of municipal and transportation infrastructure projects through detailed Civil 3D modeling, design coordination, construction documentation, and digital engineering workflows. Responsibilities span underground utility networks, stormwater systems, roadway corridors, grading design, drainage infrastructure, regulatory submissions, and construction-phase support. The role operates within cooperative BIM environments utilizing cloud-based model management and multidisciplinary coordination processes.
The ideal candidate possesses 5–7 years of civil infrastructure modeling experience, advanced expertise in utility and roadway modeling,
