The Production Shift Supervisor coordinates production-line employees and ensures raw materials, packaging, and people remain available. You will support production planning, changeovers, equipment start-up, hygiene, safety, maintenance, and continuous improvement. Previous RTO or Production Supervisor experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate production execution and allocate employees across lines
- Ensure packaging, materials, and semi-finished products remain available
- Supervise changeovers, equipment start-up, cleaning, and shift handovers
- Approve shift reports and production declarations




- Support maintenance, sanitation, safety, and improvement activities

Requirements:

- Previous RTO or Production Supervisor experience required
- Knowledge of production lines, machinery, scheduling, and stock management
- Production performance analysis and key performance indicator knowledge
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency and rotating-shift availability
