As a Senior Engineer, you will shape reusable, provider-agnostic payment capabilities across orchestration, integrations, risk, reconciliation, and bill payments. You will design reliable services, make architectural trade-offs, and collaborate with product and engineering partners. Your work helps small businesses make payments that remain straightforward, accurate, secure, and connected to accounting records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own payment platform capabilities from technical design through production
- Design secure distributed services with monitoring and operational readiness
- Improve systems incrementally while supporting long-term architecture
- Apply AI to product problems while protecting customer trust
- Mentor peers through reviews, pairing, and technical documentation

Requirements:

- Experience delivering highly available distributed systems
- Proficiency in Go, Java, Kotlin, Python, Ruby, or C++
- Cloud-native experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- End-to-end ownership from design through production validation
- Interest in learning C# and .NET
