You will execute production plans, address process and equipment issues, and maintain customer, safety, environmental, and company requirements. The position also coordinates mill crews during nights and weekends.

- Execute paper mill shift production plans and targets
- Direct paper machine, stock preparation, and support crews
- Coordinate nights and weekends mill site crews
- Respond to safety, environmental, security, and production issues
- Prepare shift documentation, logs, reports, and work orders

Requirements:

- English spoken and written; French considered an asset
- College diploma in industrial management or related field
- Three to five years manufacturing supervisory experience
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
