Reporting to the Director of Patient Programs, this senior manager leads program delivery across partner portfolios. The work combines team coaching, operational excellence, stakeholder relationships, and cross-functional collaboration. You will support patient journeys while maintaining regulatory, partner, and quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a team of Program Managers
- Improve processes and operational excellence across programs
- Deliver targeted KPIs, metrics, and quality standards
- Co-create solutions with partners and internal departments
- Lead business reviews and support program launches

Requirements:

- University business or healthcare degree, or equivalent experience
- Three years of partner relationship or account management experience
- Two years leading teams and coaching direct reports
- Two years leading patient support programs or delivery teams
- Project and change management experience with robust communication skills
