As a Manager on BDO Canada’s Financial Reporting & Insights team, you will serve privately held businesses through review engagements, compilations, financial statements, and tax compliance. Your work combines technical accounting leadership, client service, and operational oversight. You will support high-quality deliverables for private enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage financial reporting, review, and compilation engagements
- Review working papers, financial statements, and tax returns
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members
- Manage timelines, budgets, and staff assignments
- Maintain client relationships and improve service delivery

Requirements:

- Two to three years managing within public accounting
- Experience with compilations and tax compliance
- Solid private enterprise financial reporting experience
- Corporate and personal tax return preparation or review
- Proficiency with Caseware, Sage, QuickBooks, and Excel
