Project cost control and advanced Excel skills define this full time Cost Controller role with Agnico Eagle in Dobie, Ontario, Monday through Friday.

Reporting to the Superintendent, Project Control, you will support construction project and management teams. Your work includes monitoring, tracking, coordinating, and reporting project costs, controls, and progress. You will help maintain forecasts, budgets, commitments, and business case information throughout project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare month-end accruals and collect progress payment certificates
- Transfer project data between ERP and variance reporting tools
- Review requisitions, change orders, and bid analysis documents
- Maintain budget, forecast, change,



and contingency tracking logs
- Investigate cost variances and prepare project review information

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related discipline
- Five years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, teamwork, and prioritization skills
