Lead enterprise planning and corporate performance reporting as Director, Corporate FP&A;, supporting senior leadership and the Board of Directors.

This finance leadership role owns forecasting, annual planning, strategic modelling, and Adaptive Planning. You will guide target setting, investment allocation, and forward-looking performance insights. The position also partners with Finance Business Partnering teams, Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, and Strategic Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own group-wide forecasting, annual planning, and long-term strategic modelling
- Coordinate assumptions, reviews, and Board presentation development
- Lead corporate performance reporting and Operating Committee presentations
- Partner with Investor Relations on earnings materials and analyst models
- Oversee enterprise investment allocation and portfolio governance processes

Requirements:

- CPA designation
- 10-15+ years of progressive finance experience
- Solid organizational, analytical, and conceptual skills
- Ability to work strategically while managing detailed analysis
- Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries
