Cohere is growing its Canadian Public Sector Delivery team and seeks analysts supporting large, multi-stakeholder government programs. You will work alongside Engineering Program Managers, Technical Leads, and senior leadership. The work centers on organization, documentation, client coordination, and forward progress.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track actions, dependencies, and blockers across Cohere and client teams
- Prepare client sessions and capture outcomes
- Coordinate agendas, scheduling, minutes, reporting, and follow-ups
- Maintain plans, status reports, RAID logs, and decision records
- Keep public sector program documentation as a single source of truth

Requirements:

- Four years’ experience in technology or management consulting
- Experience maintaining project plans, user stories, and delivery logs
- Ability to lead working sessions in front of clients
- Advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
- Eligibility for Government of Canada security clearance
