Reporting to the District Manager, the Liquor Store Manager oversees the retail experience and works with two Assistant Managers. This leadership role supports customer satisfaction, merchandising, revenue goals, and company initiatives. You will model Service Excellence while helping team members build product knowledge and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations across office, sales floor, and warehouse
- Coach and mentor team members through training and feedback
- Monitor inventory, order stock, and complete reports
- Track revenue against corporate sales initiatives
- Maintain merchandising, health, safety, and security standards

Requirements:

- Post-secondary business administration, sales, or equivalent credential
- Minimum five years of retail setting experience
- At least two years leading a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
