This engineer collaborates with Account Managers, product managers, R&D;, and clients. The work combines drilling analysis, technical recommendations, KPI reporting, and product troubleshooting. It supports continuous improvement across drilling automation, mud management, and related Pason products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor drilling automation and mud management product trials
- Analyze data to develop KPIs, visualizations, reports, and presentations
- Collaborate on product development and customer-driven improvements
- Troubleshoot customer issues involving automation and KPI products
- Support account teams by identifying product value opportunities

Requirements:

- Five or more years in the oil and gas industry
- At least two years of drilling experience
- At least one year of field experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- EIT or P.Eng. license, or ability to obtain
