MediSystem Pharmacy is seeking a Consultant Pharmacist to support long-term care and retirement homes across Hamilton and Niagara regions. You will review medications, provide drug information, lead clinical initiatives, and educate healthcare staff to improve resident safety and outcomes.

The role requires Ontario licensure, solid client relationships, and the ability to work independently with regular facility visits.
