As a Client Success Associate, you will onboard clients, understand business priorities, and prove the value of Gartner services. You will support clients across IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales practices. The work combines client engagement, service delivery, account management, and connections with Gartner’s expert community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with senior and junior client professionals
- Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to clients
- Identify priorities and align Gartner resources
- Collaborate with internal Gartner stakeholders
- Use insights and metrics to drive engagement

Requirements:

- Fluent Swedish and business-level English
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Six months relevant professional or internship experience
- Passion for delighting clients
- Solid communication and critical thinking skills
