As Manager, Inclusion, you will lead enterprise IDEA strategy development and integration. You will partner with business leaders, Human Resources, and ESG stakeholders. Your work will connect IDEA principles with business decisions, people practices, organizational culture, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute enterprise IDEA strategy and implementation roadmaps
- Embed inclusion across HR processes, leadership, and business operations
- Consult Employee Groups on policies, transformations, and employee initiatives
- Lead IDEAAC agendas, discussions, actions,



and recommendations
- Monitor inclusion metrics and prepare executive progress reports

Requirements:

- Seven or more years in DEI, Human Resources, or related fields
- Senior management or highly consultative operating experience
- Deep IDEA, change management, and systemic barriers expertise
- Experience guiding Employee Resource Groups and advisory councils
- Ability to influence senior executives without formal authority
