As a Senior Manager, you will technically lead workstreams and some engagements while shaping products and services. You will frame engagement strategy, facilitate workshops, analyze data, and support solutions across mining, metals, energy, or infrastructure. The role also includes coaching analysts and developing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead workstreams and selected client engagements technically
- Facilitate client discussions and project workshops
- Analyze data and explain findings logically
- Coach analysts in problem-solving model design
- Develop client relationships and identify marketing opportunities

Requirements:

- Six or more years of consulting or relevant industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business
- Project experience in mining, metals, energy, or infrastructure
- Functional knowledge of strategy or transformation areas
- Self-motivation, initiative, and ownership of workstreams
