As an Auto Body Prepper, you prepare vehicles for quality refinishing according to insurance guidelines. Your work includes applying primers, sealers, basecoats, colour coats, and clear coats. You evaluate bodywork, identify surface imperfections, and support facility KPIs through consistent quality and productivity. Key Responsibilities:

- Mask vehicles, prime surfaces, and add top coats
- Apply primers, sealers, basecoats, colour coats, and clear coats
- Prepare surfaces using hand and power tools
- Identify dirt and imperfections on vehicle surfaces
- Evaluate bodywork for quality paint results

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of Prepper experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Own tools and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds
