We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Payments with strong expertise in payment systems and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience working with Wire Payments, SWIFT, FED Payments, and ISO 20022 messaging standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for payment processing initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed specifications.
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL to support business decisions and system enhancements.
- Analyze Wire Payment workflows and payment message formats including SWIFT, FED, and ISO 20022.
- Create process flows, business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Support testing activities including UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Prepare reports,



dashboards, and business insights using data analytics and reporting tools.
- Facilitate meetings, drive discussions, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) / Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in Payments Domain, specifically:
- SWIFT Messaging
- FED Payments
- ISO 20022 Standards
- Strong SQL skills with hands‑on data analysis experience.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience working with business and technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
